Thirty-year-old Tammie Newton was once optimistic, joyful, adventurous, career-driven, and focused. Tammie's life recently was turned upside down after facing a loss that ripped her soul apart. She then found herself being pessimistic, having to force herself out of bed, isolating, and questioning her very own mortality. And, she found tackling a new norm extremely difficult.
